Shipping and Returns Policy

When ordering products to be fulfilled directly by Friendly.biz, the following shipping and returns policy will apply:

Shipping Rules

  • Please expect a 24 to 72-hour period for order processing, weekend orders may take longer. Shipping occurs once payment is approved, and the address is verified. If an item is not in stock or any issues occur due to shipping, you’ll be notified by email.
  • If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or similar facility with multiple units or apartments, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, or school, the carrier may request a signature of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with our shipping and delivery practices listed above. We are willing to work with a carrier to resolve any issues regarding your delivery.

Flat rate of $10 across US, no international shipping available.

Shipping Time

Except the order to be delivery in up to 14 business days.

Returns

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we won’t offer a refund or exchange.
  • You can return new, unopened items, in their original package. Please note, items that will be returned without the original package and/or used items won’t be refunded. 
  • The item that will be returned outside the return window won’t be refunded. Please note, that shipping costs won’t be refunded in any case besides damaged product or missing items cases, as defined in our policy. Friendly.biz won’t cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged Goods

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sold by Friendly.biz, you can request a replacement for eligible items by contacting us via email, contact@friendly.biz, or fill the contact information form at this address: https://friendly.biz/contact-us/. Once a replacement request is submitted Friendly.biz will determine who caused the damage (either Friendly.biz itself, during fulfillment, or the customer). If Friendly.biz caused damage to the product, the customer will be reimbursed for the product return, including the shipping costs. If the damage was caused by the customer, no refunds will be returned to the customer.

Missing Items

Any item which is missing from an order must be reported to us within 48 hours from delivery. We cannot replace or compensate for missing items after the 48-hour period.

Cancelling Order

Once an order is placed, you have a small window of 60 minutes to cancel it before it goes through processing in the warehouse. Once the order is being processed and is accepted by the warehouse, you may still request a cancellation by emailing your request to contact@friendly.biz  or filling the contact information form at this address: https://friendly.biz/contact-us/. However, please know that cancellation at that stage is not guaranteed.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@friendly.biz.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Risk of Loss

All purchases of physical items from Friendly.biz are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Warranty

Friendly.biz won’t provide any warranty for the sold goods besides the warranty provided by the manufacturer. In any case of a warranty claim please contact the manufacturer directly.

Refunds (if applicable)

The funds will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14-day period, from refund approval.
