Rufinos Painting & Construction, Inc. was founded on May 1, 1990 based on the mission of quality, responsibility and honesty. The company was started with a very small capital but with a huge desire to grow into one of the most reliable and successful contractors in New Orleans and the River Region. We have succeeded in our mission. Our Professional Services We have become the most experienced certified DBE commercial painting contractor in the Southeast region of Louisiana and we are very proud to assist in the building and recovery of the Greater New Orleans and the River Region areas.
