Founded in 1974, Harper Construction provides is a design-build general contractor. Based in San Diego, Calif., it offers services for preconstruction, construction as well as design/development phase. The company’s construction projects span military lodges/hotels, retail and community centers, single and multi-family housing, training facilities and aviation control towers, among others. Harper Construction also serves the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps and Air Force. In addition, the company provides Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) project analysis as well as registration and certification as a part of its construction phase services.
