Now operating in NE Portland and surrounding areas , Dalcinco Carpentry and Painting started in Philadelphia serving Center City, Main Line and suburbs there as a framing/builder operation but gradually progressed into a build/repair/install and finish operation as we added finishes to our projects. We are problem solvers and have lots of ideas to suggest when it comes to providing aesthetic finishes to areas going through renovations. Although we focus on interior work mostly, we are very knowledgeable on exteriors, maintenance and seal repair, waterproofing as well and we do that sort of work as a value added service to our customers. Roger is a framing carpenter by trade, with extensive expertise on building structures and proper reinforcement of their frame as well as how to restore them. He is very familiar with drainage, foundation repair and waterproofing, and how to restore and keep basement walls dry.
