Because of this overwhelming customer concern, we have developed a strategy to address this uncertainty. We start by sweeping your chimney to make sure we can see if there are any issues when we do the visual 33 point Level 1 inspection of your chimney and fireplace. This includes a complimentary closed-circuit video chimney inspection, not usually provided by other chimney professionals who lack the technology. All of our technictians are certified through the Chimney Safety Institute of America.
